手動(dòng)變速器和自動(dòng)變速器有幾個(gè)固定的傳動(dòng)比,而無極變速器的優(yōu)勢在于在一定范圍內(nèi)傳動(dòng)比是連續(xù)變化的。無極變速箱維修采用傳動(dòng)帶和傳動(dòng)帶輪工作直徑可變的主、從動(dòng)輪相配合傳遞動(dòng)力。由于CVT可以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)比的連續(xù)改變,使傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工況的濟(jì)南自動(dòng)變速箱維修匹配,從而提高汽車的的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性和動(dòng)力性,同時(shí)改善駕駛員的操縱方便性和乘坐舒適性。

汽車開始起步時(shí),主動(dòng)輪的工作半徑較小,變速器可以獲得較大的傳動(dòng)比,變速器獲得較大的減速。隨著車速的增加,主動(dòng)輪的工作半徑逐漸減小,從動(dòng)輪的工作半徑相應(yīng)增大,CVT的傳動(dòng)比下降,變速器輸出轉(zhuǎn)速升高,使得汽車能夠以更高的速度行駛。
When the car starts to start, the working radius of the driving wheel is small, and the transmission can achieve a larger transmission ratio, resulting in a greater deceleration. As the speed increases, the working radius of the driving wheel gradually decreases, and the working radius of the driven wheel correspondingly increases. The transmission ratio of the CVT decreases, and the output speed of the transmission increases, allowing the car to travel at higher speeds.
